The VoIP Engineer will assist in provisioning tasks for all VoIP Services including but not limited to Hosted PBX, SIP, and POTS replacement product sets.

- Equipment Configuration Technician
The Equipment Configuration Technician supports Services Delivery and NOC with the deployment of Spectrotel Products and Managed services equipment.
- Mobility Advisor
Under the direction of the Managed Mobility Supervisor, the Mobility Advisor will provide support to the client base via telephone, email, and web portals.
- NOC Technician –Tier 2
Candidates should have flexibility in scheduling as the NOC handles inbound inquiries for our base 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We provide technical support to customers through ACD and email support systems with a focus on a quick and concise resolution.
- Payment Center Representative
Payment Center Representative is responsible for handling incoming calls, updating payment information, process payments, and placing outbound calls to those in delinquent status.
- Premier Account Manager
Growing and supporting Managed Services, Cloud, Internet, and traditional Voice Services for Spectrotel’s largest customer accounts.
- Security Operation Center (SOC) Analyst
SOC Analysts serve as crucial first responders to security threats, alerts, and incidents, as part of Spectrotel 24/7 SOC team
- Service Delivery Coordinator–Access
Responsible for delivery of customer orders over several carrier networks and product combinations.
- Service Delivery, Project Manager (SD –PM)
Responsible for the direction, coordination, execution, control, and completion of project management functions associated with Spectrotel Business customers.
